A solid foundation of experience

MRD Technology, Inc. is privately owned, and was incorporated in the State of California in 2002. Prior to establishing the company, MRD Technology's two founders accumulated 35 years of combined experience in mechanical design in leading precision equipment manufacturers.

The Founders

Richard Bialobrodski has held leading design engineering positions in four companies over the past twenty years. In his most recent company, Tokyo Electron America, he was responsible for the management of the Engineering Design Center, and the establishment of a local Technology Design Center. His prior companies include KLA Instruments, RPC Industries, and Trilogy Systems. Mr. Bialobrodski was awarded a patent for 'Automated Tester/Prober Self-Planarization'.

Mary Fong has held pivotal engineering design positions in three companies over the past fifteen years - Tokyo Electron Massachusetts, KLA Instruments and Fleetwood System. At T.E.M., her design and project management of custom interface products was instrumental in the commercial success of the company's world class prober products.
